Maximus conducts conflict-free assessments of adults who have intellectual and development disabilities on behalf of the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD). Maximus Assessors use the Coordinated Assessment System (CAS) comprehensive assessment tool to identify the strengths, interests, and needs of these individuals, information which assists in their person-centered care planning.
